    For Master Programs:

    • Applicants must complete an undergraduate program from a recognized institution and hold a bachelor’s degree.
    • A GPA* of at least 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent.
    • Applicants must have at least one college-level calculus, which covers both differentiation and integration.
    • Applicants must submit English proficiency test scores. Details about English proficiency requirements are also provided in this article below.
    • Applicants must have knowledge of computers working as evidenced by at least one course in these areas, e.g., data processing, programming, information systems, etc.
    • Applicants must have at least one year of full-time work experience. However, this requirement may be waived for research assistants, graduate assistants, and applicants with exceptional academic records.
    • Applicants must meet any additional department or university requirements.

    • GMAT (Just for International MBA applicants).

    Non-Mandatory Documents for the KFUPM Deanship of Graduate Studies:

    These documents are not required but needed before final admission:

    • TOEFL (min 520 (PBT), 190 (CBT) or 70 (IBT) for MS/ MBA and min 550 (PBT), 213 (CBT) or 80 (IBT) for PhD) or IELTS (min 6.0 for MS and 6.5 for PhD).
    • GRE (General) score sheet (Required for Engineering and Science Programs).
    • Degree(s) Certificates (If a degree was awarded).
