    Eligibility Criteria for LensCulture Art Photography Awards 2025:

    • The LensCulture competition is open to photographers from all around the world, including both professional and amateur photographers.
    • To be eligible for the competition, participants must be 18 years or older.
    • Upon entering the Art Photography Awards competition, participants must adhere to the competition rules.
    • Moreover, submissions that have previously won cash prizes in LensCulture competitions are ineligible for cash prizes in the following competitions.
    • New/original work is a requirement for the LensCulture Art Photography Awards.
    • However, submissions that were the Finalists in previous competitions remain eligible for cash prizes in future contests.
    • While a photographer can receive multiple cash awards, the same photograph or series cannot win multiple cash prizes. If a series or photo was submitted to a previous competition but did not receive a prize, it remains eligible for consideration.
    • Cash prizes will be given through wire transfer or other electronic methods, with any incurred foreign currency transfer fees deducted from the winning amount. No cash alternatives are applicable for any prizes.
    • LensCulture reserves the right to disqualify and remove any photograph that does not meet the specified requirements.
    • Entrants must be the sole copyright owners and creators of the photographs.
    • Similarly, the photographs must not contain any content that is infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, or profane.
    • The photographs should not infringe upon the copyrights, contract rights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights of third parties.
    • Moreover, all entrants must confirm that each person depicted in the photograph has granted permission to be portrayed as shown and has the right to grant such permission.
