Established in 2011, the Global Change Leaders Program is a seven-week educational program offered by the International Center for Women’s Leadership of the Coady Institute. Program participants participate in learning based on real-world experiences and focused on the central thematic areas of Coady. Through a learning environment shared with other emerging women leaders from around the world, participants are exposed to a variety of experiences and the beginning of a potentially lifelong support network.

The Global Change Leaders program offers successful candidates a scholarship that includes tuition, travel, lodging and meals. Successful participants are responsible for the costs associated with acquiring a visa to enter Canada.

Program participants benefit from the guidance and mentoring of successful women leaders in Canada and around the world. The program is led by a central team of teachers at the International Center for Women’s Leadership and backed by other Coady teachers and associates.
