Fully Funded FWO Research Project DynaMOD at Ghent University Belgium is open for applications.
The Renard Centre of Marine Geology is providing a Ph.D. place (4y) within the framework of the FWO analysis mission DynaMOD “an oceanographic and sediment DYNamic MODelling research of MOunded contourite Drifts.”
The Ph.D. scholarship is funded for four years and ideally begins in April 2019. The DynaMOD mission will give attention to the rise of backside present depth within the presence of seabed with a fancy topography resembling cold-water coral mounds.
The Ghent University is a public analysis university positioned in Ghent, Belgium. It was formed in 1817 by King William I of the Netherlands. After the Belgian revolution of 1830, the newly fashioned Belgian state started to manage the university.
