Fellowship in the USA allows the fellows to work with GNWP for one year. This is an excellent chance to work in the United Nations. Cora Weiss Fellowship promotes the implementation of UN Security Council Resolutions 1325 and 2250. These resolutions passed on women’s rights, peace building and security assurance. Furthermore, fellows will implement programs of the organization. This means conveying the plan on women’s rights, building peace and assuring security.
The fellowship to provide research and development material. Not only this, but the humanitarian action against the censure of human rights is also involved in this program. This international fellowship offers many facilities to the fellows. Local transportation, accommodation, and roundtrip airfare are just some of the facilities listed here. In case of a COVID-19 emergency, the host will support fellows in purchasing a strong internet connection and laptop/mobile.

Weiss has been a support system for the UN and women’s Strike for Peace for over a decade. She also led the anti-Vietnam was movement in America. Out of her numerous achievements, one is receiving peace awards worldwide.
She has been playing a significant role in women’s peace-related issues. Cora Weiss s actively taking part in shedding light on such issues. From having the honor of hosting the first women’s program on the radio to taking part in summits and conferences, Cora Weiss is working to combat the global issue.
