    • Assessment of the research project’s quality during the fellowship period in Bonn.
    • Evaluation of the fellow’s contribution to academic life in Bonn, such as through public lectures or seminars.
    1. Potential for Future Cooperation and Strategic Relevance (50%)
    • Consideration of the connection between the proposed research and Bonn’s research profile.
    • Examination of plans for establishing long-term research relationships between the fellow and the host institute in Bonn.
