Virgin Galactic Aerospace Scholarship and Training (BLAST) Program 2022 is accepting applications. The international scholarship program is introduced to assist the upcoming generation of Black leaders who will push the highly innovative and growing aerospace industry and aid in solving the challenges the world will face in the near future.
The scholarship for African students encourages them to pursue higher education in Earth sciences, Computer science, aerospace engineering, mathematics, and all other STEM-based fields. The selected students will get mentoring, scholarship support, paid internships, job opportunities, and leadership training upon graduation. This scholarship aims to facilitate Black scholars from academics to prosperous early-career job opportunities.
