SUSI (Study of the United States Institute) is a fully-funded five to six-week exchange program opportunity for young student leaders. Students pursuing an undergraduate program in any field in HEC recognized university can apply for the SUSI 2023. The SUSI summer exchange program aims to sharpen the leadership qualities of young and talented future leaders who will lead the world. In addition, this program will help the students to learn about the culture and values of the United States. The intensive learning program will be held at the University of Massachusetts in the USA. The SUSI program will consist of different activities, including seminars, discussions, lectures, leadership workshops, trips, research and volunteer activities and many more fun activities.
This fully funded exchange program aims to develop practical skills in young leaders that will be helpful in their careers. Students will also get a chance to work with non-governmental and civic organizations in the same fields private sector. Most importantly, SUSI participants will learn about public finance and law, foreign policy, and health and education. The duration of SUSI 2023 is six weeks.
Students must show interest in topics of comparative public policymaking to be selected for the SUSI summer exchange program in the United States of America. The program will be in-person at the University of Massachusetts from late June to August 2023. If the pandemic situation persists and poses challenges, the program will pivot to virtual mode. The U.S. Government funds the program, and the Government of the United States will cover all the costs related to the program. Funding will cover international travel, visa, domestic travel, housing and accommodation, and program administration for the summer exchange program.
There is no requirement of IELTS/TOEFL, but applicants must be proficient in English so they can understand and actively participate in the academic program.
