St George’s Postgraduate scholarships in UK 2022-23

St George’s Postgraduate scholarships are open for the year 2022-23. Students who exhibit academic excellence and motivation to study can apply for partially funded and fully funded scholarships in UK. Students from all countries who aim to bring a change with their knowledge and abilities are welcome to apply. 

The scholarship opportunity is open for students of European countries and non-European countries. Scholarship for each course has different funding and fees. For more details, please check each course below:

Global Health MSc International Scholarship

Another scholarship offered by St George is the Global Health scholarship for International students of MSc. Students from low or middle-income countries are welcome to apply for this opportunity. The World Bank must label your company as low income or middle income. Each course of the Global Health International Scholarship has different funding. Click on each course for its details:

Physician Associate Studies MPAS (Partial Scholarship)

St George also offers partial scholarships. International students of Physician Associate Studies can avail the partial scholarship. Shortlisted students will be invited for the interview and to submit their scholarship essays.

    Eligibility Criteria :

    Here are the eligibility criteria for the St George’s Postgraduate scholarships for international students in UK.

    • Applicants must have completed an application for either full-time or part-time study.
    • They must be on self-finance. Those receiving a fully-funded NHS scholarship or employer/sponsorship are ineligible.
    • In addition, students must have obtained or be likely to obtain at least 2:1.
    • Moreover, students must belong to any low or middle-income country.
    • Lastly, students with the highest grades in all courses will be shortlisted for the scholarship and get an invitation for an interview.

    Benefits :

    Postgraduate Scholarship:

    • Host covers the tuition fee of students at UK rates.
    • Scholarships are paid through an internal transfer within the host university. 

    Global health MSc International Scholarship:

    • Full tuition fee coverage.
    • Maintenance grant of 17,000 euros for living expenses.

    Physician Associate Studies (MPAS) Partial scholarship:

    • Students receive 3,000 euros as a scholarship.
    • The host university transfers the scholarship for the first year of the degree. 

    Applicants will be evaluated on the basis of:

    • Degree classification.
    • Personal statement.
    • Interview performance.
    • Referee reports.

    Application Process:

    • International students applying for the taught postgraduate scholarship program will automatically be considered for the scholarship.
    • Students do not need to submit a separate application form for the scholarship. 
    • However, the student may need to appear in an interview (either a physical interview or a virtual one).
    • Applicants will be shortlisted on July 1, 2022.
    • The scholarships cannot be postponed to next year or later.
