The Swedish Institute Leadership Program 2025 is a fully funded training program for international individuals. The SI Executive program in Sweden will be scheduled online from May to November 2025. The international training program in Europe also contains an onsite module in Sweden. The SI Global Executive Program in Sweden will be for one week. Participants will participate in interactive workshops, coaching, group discussions, and meetings with representatives from different Swedish firms and groups. SI International training program in Sweden does not just include a set of lectures; it will also be an engaging and dynamic experience. All the individuals will participate and engage in the SI Executive program through these activities. The 2nd module, strategic business project, will take place online from June to October 2025, in which participants will have to find a current problem in their organization and apply the newly learned techniques or knowledge to solve it. The 3rd module will be an online master class to further the training participants’ understanding. October 13–17 is the planned period for the onsite visit in Sweden.

- Applicants to the SI Global Executive Programme must meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must be a citizen and residents of one of their program countries: Bangladesh, Brazil, Côte d’Ivoire, Colombia, China, Egypt, Georgia, DR Congo, Indonesia, India, Kenya, Mexico, Malaysia, Moldova, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, Rwanda, South Africa, Thailand, Tanzania, Turkey, Ukraine, or Vietnam.
- Individuals must have a leadership position, such as chief executive officer (CEO) or any senior executive position in any company.
- Applicants must have a position in any medium to large company with a position to spearhead strategic changes throughout their business.
- Applicants must be at least 30 years old (born in 1995 at the latest).
- Applicants must have an excellent working knowledge of both spoken and written English.
- Applicants must have completed post-secondary education or have the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree or greater.
- Applicants must be willing to actively participate, support, and share their experience and knowledge with other participants.
- Applicants must have identified business problems or needs that could be worked on during the program to help their company improve its part in creating a more sustainable world.
- An applicant’s company must be locally owned and based in one of the program countries.
- Applicant’s business must operate within industries associated with the green transition or about to make significant commitments related to the green transition (e.g., industries within renewable energy, clean transportation, green buildings, waste management, water management, and land management).
