SDGs Camp 2019 will be held on the island of Jeju, South Korea. In the theme “Youth and Peace”, participants will be able to experience different cultures on the Island of Peace. Jeju is a tourist destination that offers not only its beautiful landscapes, but also a wealth of cultural traditions inherited through generations as its local wisdom. This event includes the program of culture and ecotourism learning in a week. Within this intensive period, the participants will stay, perform activities and mix with the local people. While they have time with them, participants will have the opportunity to study the SDGs.

The world is changing. This is how young generations do it.

SDGs Camp 2019 is an event organized on purpose for young people who care about the future of peace and leadership. they also intend to make a concrete effort to preserve nature. This event will also connect them as young leaders from around the world with the same passion in peace issues and similar projects to solve problems in their community.

ODS CAMP 2019 takes the theme “Youth and Peace”, and focuses particularly on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) no. 11 (Sustainable cities and communities), no. 13 (Action for the climate), 16 (Peace, justice and solid institutions) and 17 (Association for the objectives). This will include assessing progress in these central challenges of our world, while exploring new opportunities to advance these issues through the lens of young people.

Participants must apply for the photo and video competition online.
Submissions via email will NOT be accepted.

It must be one minute long.

The camera must be in a fixed position to avoid a shaky video.
The videos must not be altered beyond standard optimization.

A maximum of 3 pictures can be submitted, could be presented as a montage as well.
Mention key messages in your submission for details in writing.
