Applications are now open for the Sasambo Greeneration Camp within society. Rapid population growth directly increases the demand for basic human needs, while nature has its limit, since some sources are not renewable. In addition, high technological advances also have impacts on the sustainability of nature. Awareness on this particular issue has been increased not only by the government, but also by academics, experts, NGOs and even the general public. We believe that rapid measures must be taken to preserve our environment through the participation of more social elements, including young people as the next generation. It is important that young people are aware of this problem and involved in efforts to solve problems.
Sasambo Greeneration Camp is a deliberately organized event for young people concerned about the future of their environment and who intend to make a concrete effort to preserve nature. This event will also connect them as young leaders from around the world with a shared passion for environmental issues and similar projects to solve environmental problems in their own community. Therefore, through this event, young leaders are expected to collaborate with each other and exchange ideas to create a major change with a view to protecting nature and taking care of our planet earth.
