Virtual Community Needs Assessment:
MCW’s 2024 Young Leaders Fellowship will begin with the Community Needs Assessment program, which is a one-month community needs mapping. This step prepares young people to understand their local communities better. This step helps the individuals to become leaders who can create positive change in their communities.
In-Person | Vision Planning & Project Development in the USA (10 days):
At this stage, the MCW Young Leaders will travel to the United States for 10 days in July 2024. The individuals will come to the MCW fellowship with any issue of the community that they want to address. During the In-person training program, fellows from diverse backgrounds will interact with each other. They will also attend different workshops, events, and team works. Fellows will be able to address their local issues on an international platform and create innovative solutions.
Virtual Project Implementation & Alumni Mentorship:
After coming back from the United States, the fellows will participate in a 10-month-long Virtual Project Implementation and Alumni Mentorship program. During this period, the participants will implement those plans in their communities. Different alumni mentors will give them in-person training and help them create an actionable plan.
