Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The liaison manager is responsible for the following tasks:

1. Establish and maintain relationships between organizations and the company, including internal departments, clients and partners. 
2. Facilitate communication and cooperation between different teams in the company.
3. Resolve conflicts that may arise within the organization.
4. Represent the organization in meetings with external parties.
5. Identify and pursue collaboration and partnerships.
6. This will involve maintaining strong relationships with these organizations and staying up-to-date on their needs and goals.
7. Maintain the organization’s policies and procedures and ensure effective implementation.
8. Arrange and keep the documents updated. 
9. Manages the calendar for meetings and ensures that all team members are aware of their daily responsibilities. In addition, the liaison manager will be responsible for training new staff members and providing them with all the necessary resources to succeed in their role.
10. Document all notes and organize them clearly and concisely. This will include creating detailed reports and presentations to share with team members and other stakeholders.
11. In addition to these responsibilities, the liaison manager may also be responsible for coordinating events and overseeing marketing efforts. This may include managing budgets and coordinating with vendors to ensure that all events and marketing initiatives are successful. The liaison manager may also be responsible for conducting research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
12. Overall, the liaison manager plays a critical role in ensuring that the team is well-organized and able to communicate effectively with external organizations. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
