The KECTIL youth leadership program is initiated to train future leaders from the developing and least developed countries of the world to represent their countries internationally and bring about a positive change in their homelands.
In the KECTIL youth leadership program, young leaders will be mentored by internationally renowned mentors who will guide them to adapt in a religiously, socially, culturally, economically, and such other factors diverse environment. This adaptability will help future leaders to make a more significant impact on society. Furthermore, it aims to develop tolerance and cooperation among future leaders by respecting every fellow member.
The KECTIL youth leadership program consists of a number of online modules conducted by world-class mentors providing information about the world’s most challenging issues and how to develop their solutions. In addition, the leadership program will require the youth to indulge in more social gatherings and develop social networks, to gain an insight into different social problems and peoples’ perspectives about that. In this way, clear information can be gathered, and the problem can be solved more easily.
