Applications are open for the GBSN scholarship for international students from developing countries for the academic year 2022. Hanken School of Economics is offering two-year premium scholarships for Hanken’s 2-year Master’s Degree program to students presently enrolled in or alumni of GBSN member institutes from developing countries. The fully-funded scholarships are offered to a few developing countries; a list of countries is provided below. The scholarship will award a full tuition fee for the MSc program and a living stipend.

Global Business School Network promotes networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration within the network membership and with the broader business education and development communities, with a growing network of over 70 renowned business schools on six continents.

GBSN is a non-profit organization that works with business schools, industry, foundations, and humanitarian organizations established by the World Bank in Washington D.C to provide access to high-quality, locally relevant management education in developing countries.

    Here are the eligibility criteria for the GBSN scholarship for developing countries:

    • Applicant must be enrolled at or have graduated from a GBSN member institution with a university degree.
    • Applicants must be from GBSN member schools in one of the following countries: Afghanistan, Brazil, Cambodia, China, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Kenya, Lebanon, Mexico, Morocco, Nigeria, Peru, Philippines, Pakistan, Tunisia, Turkey.
    • Alumni of member business schools can also apply for this scholarship.
    • Applicants pursuing MSc in Economics and Business administration can also apply.
    • They must have selected a course in the English language or Swedish.
