CrossCulture Program Fellowship in Germany 2024

The CrossCulture Program Fellowship in Germany 2024, also known as CCP Fellowship, is an exchange program in Germany that promotes intercultural dialogue and collaboration between professionals from different countries. The fully funded fellowship receives funding from the German Federal Foreign Office and is implemented by the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (IFA) in Germany. The CrossCulture Programme (CCP) sponsors approximately 60 professionals and dedicated volunteers from more than 40 different nations on an annual basis through the CCP Fellowship. The international fellowship in Germany focuses on strengthening civil societies while promoting cultural exchange and professional growth. The CrossCulture Program 2024, therefore, offers a valuable opportunity for professionals and volunteers to gain international experience, build connections, and broaden their horizons.

Moreover, the cultural exchange program in Germany has a duration of two to three months, where participants engage in work-related placements within host organizations located in Germany or CCP partner countries. This period allows them to enhance their professional skills, establish fresh connections, and cultivate intercultural competencies. Similarly, the host organizations also benefit from the valuable expertise, regional insights, and networks contributed by the CCP fellows. With this fellowship program in Germany, participants have the opportunity to take part in various intercultural workshops, networking events, and professional gatherings organized by the CCP. Upon their return to their regular work environments, participants can use the experiences they have gained in making contributions to their home organizations. In addition, the CrossCulture Program in Germany provides generous financial assistance. This includes a monthly stipend of 650 euros along with living expenses, international travel costs, and other related expenses during the fully funded fellowship program. For participants from within Germany, a monthly stipend of 1200 euros will be given.     Eligibility Criteria of the CCP Fellowship 2024 in Germany:

    • The applicant should be at least 23 years old when applying for the CCP fellowship program.

    • Additional language skills, especially proficiency in German, are beneficial for the fellowship in Germany. However, it is not mandatory.
