Applications are open for the Create DAV Summer School in Canada For the session of 2020 .
The University of York and CREATE DAV invite candidates to participate in a fully-funded interdisciplinary CREATE program in Data Analysis and Visualization (DAV) at the University of York in Toronto, Canada.
The event includes talks by CREATE DAV professors and industry experts on current research topics in big data science, as well as practical experience in York laboratories and OCAD U. The curriculum reflects the wide range of research areas in CREATE DAV, which includes research on machine learning, data mining, signal processing, computer vision, image processing, computer graphics, virtual human modeling, serious games, natural language processing, human perception and cognition, visualization and design
The program is open to all undergraduate students who are interested in pursuing a career in big data science. This program is ideal for students who plan to apply for graduate school at the end of 2020 and are interested in investigating interdisciplinary research aspects of big data science. Students from all over the world despite their nationalities can apply for this fully-funded summer school in Canada
