Applications are open to nominate for Victor Cohn Prize for Excellence in Medical Science Reporting. The prize aims to honour the writer for his/her published work or broadcast that has made a long-lasting contribution towards public awareness to understand critical advances in the field of medical science and its’ impact on human health and well-being.
Editors, colleagues and scientists or other people familiar with the nominee’s work can make the nomination. Candidates can also nominate themselves with at least one letter to support; it can be from a colleague or a scientist familiar with the nominee’s work. Books are not eligible; work submitted for the prize must have been published in English.
