Students from non-EU/EEA or Switzerland can apply for this scholarship. The scholarship covers the cost of tuition fee and students have to bear the expenses of accommodation, food and transportation by themselves.
There is no separate application for the University of Oulu scholarship. Applicants can apply for the University of Oulu scholarships by the admission process. The value of a scholarship is different, 50% tuition fee waiver, 75% tuition fee waiver and 100% tuition fee waiver. Scholarships will continue each year after the committee reviews the progress of the students.
