The scholarship is offered to international students only to pursue a Master’s or doctoral degree program in the top university of Japan.
The duration of the scholarship for masters is 2 years, while for PhD it is 3 years. If the students have obtained a bachelor’s degree from an institute where the medium of instruction was English, then IELTS might not be mandatory. The disbursement of the scholarship will begin in April 2021.
