Pangolin photo competition 2021 is an excellent opportunity for all professionals, photographers, and amateurs to test and challenge their wildlife photography skills. In addition, this is a good opportunity to improve your photography skills and support the initiative simultaneously.

‘’Everyone is a photographer’’ Pangolin came up with the innovative idea of a photo challenge based on this principle. Pangolin urges photographers to engage with nature and wildlife around all year round to keep the commitment firm. It emphasizes that one should not only engage with nature during holidays but all year round to experience rare and pure moments.

    Eligibility Criteria :

    Here are the criteria for Pangolin Photo Competition:

    • Any 18+ photographer, professional or amateur may participate in the challenge.
    • Participants must not be employees at Pangolin Photo Safari or a relative or household member of an employee.
    • Operators and Guides who use the properties and services of the Pangolin Photo Safari are not eligible.
    • People can participate from any country.
    • The picture submitted for participation in this challenge must adhere to the following conditions:
    1. The picture must be taken in 2021. The picture will be posted online along with the taken date.
    2. Faithful representation of the actual scene without much use of adjustments. Excessive postproduction editing will be counted against the image’s actual representation in front of the judges.
    3. The judges may demand the original image taken.
    4. A previously awarded picture will not be considered as an option at Pangolin Photo Challenge.

    Application Process:

    • The application process for Pangolin Photo Competition is all online.
    • Participants will have to register once to apply.
    • No application fee is needed. However, Pangolin may ask the applicant to donate to their non-profit organization Pangolin to save the endangered animal species in Africa. The donation amount is entirely up to the applicant, and each penny counts for the good cause.
    • Participants must submit their best pictures in each category.
    • Each category amongst the four categories has different deadlines; therefore, the applicant must be vigilant.
