McKinsey invites female students (graduates no later than 2020) and professionals with less than 8 years of experience in Europe, the Middle East and Africa to join the Next Generation Women Leaders event.

Take the next step on your leadership journey and present your candidacy for the next generation Women Leaders event, which will take place from May 24 to 26 in a castle outside of Paris.
The next-generation Women Leaders event is an exclusive three-day workshop that explores the importance of women in leadership.
Event attendees will work with the facilitators to shape their leadership style, helping them become pioneers in their personal and professional lives. They will walk away with an understanding of McKinsey’s problem-solving approach, which can be used to address the challenges they may encounter in life.
Finally, as attendees explore the world of consulting, they will create genuine connections with their peers, as well as with McKinsey colleagues and alumni.
