Next Generation Women Leaders Event 2019 in Paris

McKinsey invites female students (graduates no later than 2020) and professionals with less than 8 years of experience in Europe, the Middle East and Africa to join the Next Generation Women Leaders event.

They passionately believe in the development of outstanding female leaders. They do it every day, internally and with customers.

Take the next step on your leadership journey and present your candidacy for the next generation Women Leaders event, which will take place from May 24 to 26 in a castle outside of Paris.

The next-generation Women Leaders event is an exclusive three-day workshop that explores the importance of women in leadership.

Event attendees will work with the facilitators to shape their leadership style, helping them become pioneers in their personal and professional lives. They will walk away with an understanding of McKinsey’s problem-solving approach, which can be used to address the challenges they may encounter in life.

Finally, as attendees explore the world of consulting, they will create genuine connections with their peers, as well as with McKinsey colleagues and alumni.

    • currently based in Europe, the Middle East or Africa (must be in the EMEA region at the time of the event, since we do not organize or cover trips from other regions)
    • Undergraduate, Master’s or PhD students who graduate no later than 2020
    • A professional with less than eight years of work experience.


    • The preferences of your office define what academic transcripts are required. Transcripts do not need to be in English.
    • Africa, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden require academic transcripts from high school onwards
      Italy, Russia, Switzerland require university transcripts
      For other offices, academic transcripts are optional, but include the relevant qualifications in your resume.
