Leaders Of Tomorrow (LOT), is an online exchange program for young people between 15 and 19 years old in Iraq, USA. UU And Mexico. The main theme of the program is RESOLUTION OF CONFLICTS. The activities of the program will be: dialogue sessions, video calls, online workshops.
Participants will learn about cultural diversity, differences between other participants and accept different mentalities. The program will improve mutual understanding among young people in Iraq, USA. UU And Mexico by participating in the Leaders of Tomorrow exchange program that will take participants out of their comfort zone and understand the culture, traditions, language and conflicts of other countries.
The purpose is to foster mutual understanding and cooperation, improve problem-solving skills and critical thinking and raise the awareness of young people to become leaders and ambassadors of peace.
Its mission is to spread peace, love, a better understanding among people and raise awareness about the importance of strengthening the links between all, and that their differences are what makes them special and increase their value, and does not really cause them problems. .
