- Be a national of an AfDB country indicated above.
- A baccalaureate or it’s equivalent with higher academic results.
- Minimum two years of professional experience (acquired after a university degree) at the time of application.
- No more than 35 years old at the time of application.
- In exceptional cases, for programs suitable for senior civil servants and executives, the age limit is 45.
- Agree to return home when the program is over.
