There are three stages in the IYMC 2022:
- Qualification Stage: There are five math questions in the qualification round. To advance to the pre-final stage, you must successfully solve the problems at least three (under 18) to four (over 18). Certificates are given to all attendees.
- Pre-Final Stage: In October, successful participants will be able to register for the pre-final round. You have one week to answer ten questions divided into three categories: 2x special-creativity problems, 4x basic problems, 4x advanced problems.
- Final Stage: The finalists will be eligible to compete in the final round: You will have to complete 20 minutes online exam under the supervision of a supervisor. The winners are awarded certificates and cash awards totaling more than $700.
