Individuals, irrespective of educational backgrounds, are eligible to apply for this fully funded Festival. The international youth festival in Russia aims to invite talented and motivated youth from different countries to encourage cooperation and diversity. This youth festival will be held in Kazan/ Tatarstan (Russian Federation). 100 participants will be selected for the Russian Festival. The ICYF will cover all the expenditures of the participants. Moreover, participants will get to form a network with people from diverse backgrounds.
Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF) aims to support youth across the OIC region. They help youth to reach their full potential for the sustainable development of their societies, nations and the world inspired by the Islamic values of cooperation, excellence and unity. Through the International Youth Festival of Modern Muslim Culture, they intend to bring young leaders, including undergraduates, and graduates, to form a network with each other. The Ministry of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan and the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF) organize this youth leadership program in Russia. This youth festival in Russia will be held on 25-30 October 2022 in Kazan, Tatarstan.
