- A lump-sum amount will be paid to the fellows by the ADB as an honorarium. It varies according to the experience, qualification and duration of the visit of the fellows.
- Asian Development Bank will also provide round-trip air tickets.

- A one-time miscellaneous allowance of $100 will be provided.
