Applications are open for the World Youth Alliance Internship Program. Additionally, the World Youth Alliance Internship Program provides opportunities for young people who are inspired by the ideas and work of the World Youth Alliance (WYA) to gain professional skills working on WYA projects and an experience of substantial learning about the core ideas of WYA. However, the projects are designed to enhance the academic background and specific interests of each student. Interns receive mentoring and training from WYA staff members.

The World Youth Alliance Internship Program offers the following training and development activities for interns

Introductory Training: Take the WYA Certified Training Program (CTP) and learn about the philosophy of human rights and the dignity of the person.
Project Management – Work on projects that suit your interests and strengths under the supervision of WYA staff.
Networking: Attend different events and meet new contacts while representing WYA on various occasions.

Regional Internships: World Youth Alliance offers internships at all of our regional offices. Many of the interns accepted into the Headquarters internship first complete a regional internship and are active WYA members in their country and receive recommendations on their outstanding work.
Headquarters Internships: WYA offers internships for youth of diverse educational and experience backgrounds. Applicants can apply to any of the other regional offices only after completing a regional internship. Once accepted into the internship, applicants will be assigned to the position that best matches their interests and abilities.
Online Internships – WYA’s online internships last approximately 3 months, while members are on campus or at home, and provides them with the opportunity to gain first-hand training and experience in online event management, blogging, and representation of WYA. Additionally, WYA welcomes specialized online applicants for marketing, social media, and graphic design support.
