The SEAREG Predoctoral Fellowship 2025-26 is a paid fellowship program. It does not offer complete PhD funding. Fellows will receive a USD 1,000 microgrant to cover costs like GRE, TOEFL, and university application fees. In addition to the funding, fellows will be paired with a SEAREG mentor who will meet with the fellows for up to three one-on-one sessions between October and December 2025 to offer input on their application materials, writing sample, and personal statement. Furthermore, students will also get a certificate of selection to recognize their achievement and participation as fellows.
