During this fully funded fellowship in Europe, exclusive online and in-person events will be held. The objective is to work together to produce a publication emphasizing locally driven solutions. This will make the water industry more resilient, flexible, and adaptable.
The Fellows of this international fellowship will create practical teamwork experience, enhance their interpersonal skills, and sharpen their critical thinking abilities. The SDG 6 Fellowship in Europe will engage fourteen IWA YWPs. For IWA Young Water Professionals (YWPs), individuals should be between 18 and 35 years old. The fully funded SDG fellowship will commence in February 2025 and end in September 2026. The fellowship will end when the joint Grundfos-IWA publication is launched at the IWA World Water Congress and Exhibition (WWCE) in Glasgow, Scotland. It is mandatory for IWA & Grundfos Youth Action for SDG 6 Fellows to attend the monthly online meetings and series of online and in-person events.
