PolyU Hong Kong International Summer School 2025

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University is offering this International Research Summer School (IRSS). The PolyU Hong Kong International Research Summer School 2025 focuses on the following themes: Global Challenges of Health and well-being, Artificial Intelligence vs Human Experience, and Sustainable Futures. The international summer school is open to students from all over the world. Undergraduate students and master’s students are eligible to apply for this PolyU IRSS 2025.

The PolyU International Research Summer School 2025 is a 2-week premier PhD exploratory programme. The duration of the PolyU International Summer School is 2 weeks, and the program will run from 29 June to 10 July 2025. The international summer research school provides outstanding international students with unique opportunities and activities to engage with PolyU academics and students. Students will experience the vibrant environment and advanced research facilities of the Polytechnic University. Moreover, the summer research program will expose students to interdisciplinary research and the different PhD study paths that are available. Students will participate in and enjoy cultural activities.

The PolyU Hong Kong International Summer School 2025 is a funded Research Summer School. Participants will get a cash allowance of up to HK$5,000, which can be used to support the travel costs of participants after completely attending the Summer School. Furthermore, they will also get free student hall accommodation at the PolyU Student Hall for the whole duration of the International Research Summer School (IRSS) 2025. Moreover, international students who require a visa/permit will get a full subsidy of the visa/entry permit fee.
