The OYW Rappler Scholarship 2025 in Germany will support young Filipinos who are making an impact in one of these two areas: Anti-Hate or Responsible Tech. The anti-hate category includes journalism that seeks to promote peace & understanding between groups, advocacies protecting vulnerable groups or minorities, or any initiative that counters violence, hatred, and abuse. While the ‘responsible tech’ category includes the advocacies that protect users of the internet, social media, and generative AI from harm, or the use of tech to protect rights.
This year again, Rappler is proud to partner with One Young World for the second time. The One Young World Rappler Scholarship 2025 will be offered to five impactful young leaders. Through the OYW Rappler Scholarship 2025, the participants will get the opportunity to participate in the One Young World Summit 2025 for free. The OYW summit 2025 will take place in Munich, Germany. The duration of this international summit is 4 days, and it will take place from 3 to 6 November. The Rappler Scholarship to attend the One Young World Summit is a fully funded scholarship that will cover all the costs, including accommodation, transport, meals, and other related expenses.
