The King’s Commonwealth Climate Resilience Fellowships 2026 are supported by the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) and King Charles III. The Climate Resilience Fellowships are part of the larger King’s Commonwealth Fellowship Programme (KCFP), underscoring his dedication to sustainability, education, and combating climate change. The goal of this commonwealth fellowship program is to increase professional capacity in nations most impacted by natural catastrophes, climate-driven vulnerabilities, and rising sea levels. Fellows will connect with a global network of professionals, tools, and cooperative possibilities that foster practical effect.
The duration of the King’s Commonwealth Fellowship Programme – Climate Resilience Fellowships 2026 is one year, and it has three phases. The first phase is an 18-week online training course (February-July 2026), the second part is a five-day in-person residential in Fiji (August 2026), and the last phase is a five-month workplace-based applied learning project from August-December 2026. This KCFP Climate Resilience Fellowships offers hands-on, hybrid professional development experience that combines online project-based learning and mentorship. The King’s Commonwealth Climate Resilience Fellowships 2026 are fully funded. The selected fellows will get free access to Kings Commonwealth Fellowship. All costs related to participation in the in-person program will be covered by the fellowship program, including travel, subsistence, accommodation, visas, etc. Moreover, fellows will also get GBP 1,000 to cover expenses related to the applied learning project, such as travel expenses, online tools, workshop resources, etc.
