Description

We are looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager to join our team and help us to grow our business by building strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing initial information to clients about our services, managing our client database, and working closely with our Business Development Manager to meet our sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial information to clients about our services, answer questions, and arrange follow-up meetings with our Business Development Manager
  • Manage our client database, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Work closely with our Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities and strategies for growth
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors
  • Attend networking events and conferences to represent our company and build relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Monitor industry trends and developments to stay up-to-date on changes in the market and identify potential opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of business development best practices and strategies
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
