Applications are open for the InfraVision International Competition 2025. Now you can team up with your friends or peers and join this international competition to invent the city of tomorrow. The InfraVision contest is open to creative minds from different backgrounds: urban planning, architecture, computer science, engineering, economics, complex systems, public policy, etc. Students will have to showcase their ideas for enhancing a large-scale urban infrastructure project of their choice in energy, transport, telecommunication, etc. This is an amazing online competition for those students who are interested in working on infrastructure projects.
InfraVision is a Think Tank founded. It was founded by Vauban IP, with the support of Altermind. In 2025, they are organizing this InfraVision International Competition inspired by the 2025 theme ‘The City as Network: Reimagining Urban Infrastructure.’ Creative minds from all over the world will be invited to team up and join this international competition. Participants will showcase and present their ideas for the betterment of large infrastructure projects for the next 30 years in a selection of cities with solid proposals for design, planning, technology, stakeholder engagement, and decarbonization, with an aim to transform urban networks.
Through the InfraVision International Competition 2025, participants will have the opportunity to tackle complex problems by using their knowledge, skills, and imagination. Participants will receive valuable feedback from a panel of experts, led by architect Sadie Morgan and other recognized public figures, helping the students raise their profile and establish international industry contacts. There will be three winners of this paid competition. The first winner will get prize money of 10,000 euros, 2nd-placed team will get 7,000 euros, and the 3rd-placed team will get 3,000 euros.
