HSE is offering scholarships to international students to study in Russia and pursue their higher studies. The HSE SCHOLARSHIPS is merit-based and will waive complete tuition fee for selective full-degree Master’s programs at HSE. The HSE SCHOLARSHIP will only cover the tuition fee, and students have to bear the rest cost by themselves.
HSE also offers scholarships to those international students who are not eligible for the Russian Government Scholarship.
HSE SCHOLARSHIP
HSE is officially called National Research University Higher School of Economics. HSE is the first university that successfully introduced BS and MS degree programs. The institute maintains a main campus in Moscow, along with three regional campuses. HSE was ranked third in the top universities of Moscow.
