This is the latest HEC 2019 scholarship announced today. This is a fully funded scholarship in China for Pakistani students to complete their masters.

The Master’s program will last two years (one year for learning courses and one year for the writing of theses and internships), including the module such as course, seminar, site visit, internship and thesis writing, etc. The scholarship will begin in the fall of 2019.

    Eligibility Criteria :

    • The applicant must be a citizen of Pakistan / AJK
    • You must have completed the Bachelor of Engineering (BSc./BE) in Civil
    • Engineering or in the Relevant field of Transportation Engineering with 1st Division.
    • Must have a valid registration as a Registered / Professional Engineer in the Engineering Council of Pakistan.
    • The age must not exceed 35 years.
    • In case of employment, the pre-selected candidates will be required the No Objection Certificate (CON) of the applicant’s employer.
    • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the similar sector will be considered a priority (including infrastructures such as transport, roads, railways and water and energy, etc.), an applicant who has a similar study and work experience with the applied program will be considered a priority ;
      Proficiency in English, that is, IELTS / TOEFL score according to the requirement of the Chinese University.

    Send amount of Rs.300 / – in favor of HEC through the online installation of HBL. A separate bank account No. 17427900133401 is being sent at HBL, branch H-9 Islamabad for online transfer of the rate to HEC from any HBL branch throughout the country.
