It is the Sixth edition of this Harpswell summit. Harpswell ASEAN Women’s Leadership Summit is open to women from Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) as well as Nepal. Harpswell Women’s Leadership Summit is offering an amazing chance to young women leaders. The international leadership program allows women to join hands with other women from ASEAN countries to address the problems of their community or region.
It’s the first time that the Harpswell ASEAN Women’s Leadership Summit will take place in hybrid form. The international training program includes both virtual and in-person sessions. This hybrid approach will make the leadership program more effective. Through this summit, women leaders from diverse communities will develop professional relationships. It will also help the participants growth in leadership. The duration of this online leadership program is 5 months. The Harpswell Leadership Summit 2025 in Malaysia will take place from May 2025 to September 2025.
The Harpswell leadership program starts with two virtual sessions. These will be introductory sessions during which participants will be introduced to the Harpswell team, and the participants will also introduce their own passion and professional work. From June to August, the Harpswell Leadership Summit 2025 will organize two virtual sessions every month. These will be 3-hour long sessions where experts will discuss the situation of the ASEAN region. Participants will be working in small groups and collaborate to work on relevant regional challenges.
The final stage of this Harpswell Leadership Summit 2025 is a one-week in-person leadership training in Malaysia. It will take place from 13-21 September 2025. The participants will gather at Universiti Sains Malaysia. This international program is a fully funded leadership program. It will cover all the costs including travel, meals and accommodation. Participants will explore, collaborate, and network with fellows. The Harpswell Summit includes different seminars, site tours, lectures, workshops, and group activities. The Harpswell program trainers will be renowned professionals and experts from different fields.
