Applications for the Global Leadership Challenge 2022 are open to applications for students all over the world. It is a global initiative of the St. Gallen Symposium and the University of Oxford. The aim of GLC 2022 is to empower emerging leaders to have the character and wisdom necessary for leadership that brings positive change in the world. Leadership that is not limited to personal ambitions but for the betterment of society and its sustainable development.
This year, the youth leadership program will select 20 senior advisors and 100 potential young leaders to address some of the most significant issues of the modern world through the integration of responsible leadership and practical actions for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This five-day challenge will inculcate young leaders with the skills and values required for building a sustainable future. During the GLC 2022, participants will be involved in cross-generational dialogues and character education and develop various action projects with effect on their societies worldwide.
The Global Leadership challenge will focus on a “New Generational Contract”: How can we foster intergenerational collaboration and fairness for achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals? Therefore, apply for the global leadership challenge if you want to become a youth leader and bring change globally.
