    Eligibility Criteria :

    Here are the eligibility criteria to apply for the global good fun fellowship:

    • The start-up must be operational for at least two years.
    • Strat-up must have at least one full-time employee other than the participating candidate.
    • Candidates must be committed to running their business.
    • Moreover, they should not be receiving any additional coaching or mentoring while at Global Good Fellowship.
    • Participants must have decision-making skills.
    • They must be under the age of 40.
    • Being over the age limit, the participant must demonstrate openness to learning.

    Criteria for Business:

    • The business can be a non-profit organization, for-profit or hybrid.
    • Secondly, it can be international, domestic or both.
    • The business’ core mission should be having a social impact.
    • Privilege will be given to businesses from the following sectors: financial technology, environment, economic mobility, and health.
    • Business not working in the sectors mentioned above are also eligible.
    • The organization/business must have a sound business model with the aptitude to run in the longer run.

    The Global Good Fund Fellowship provides the following benefits:

    • Each participant will be teamed up with one executive coach and one C-suit business executive. The seniors will be serving as a mentor throughout the fellowship.
    • Participants receive thorough coaching and mentoring.
    • Develop competitive leadership skills.
    • Get personal and consistent support from professionals.
    • Participants will get to participate each year in the Global Good Fund Summit.
    • A $10,000 grant will be given. The grant must be used for experimental learning and leadership development plans.

    Elements of the fellowship:

    • The business must administer the 360 MIRROR leadership assessment tool design. The participant will have to retake the leadership assessment by the end of the fellowship program and then one, three, 5 and 10 years post-fellowship to have track of their progress.
    • The participant with their team members, the executives and professionals uses the results of 360 MIRROR. The 360 MIRROR points combined with one-on-one executive interactions result in over three months. These points will create a personalized leadership development plan (LDP).
    • Participants will be a part of the global cohort of social entrepreneurs. The host facilitates interactions with executives.

    • There will be two phases of applying for the Global Good Fund Fellowship.
    • Phase one: participants must fill out a questionnaire.
    • Phase two: those who meet the requirements will be invited to phase two of the application process.
    • The deadline for application submission is 30 June 2022.
