    Eligibility Criteria for Eastern Mediterranean University Scholarships 2024-25:

    • Applicants from all countries in the world can apply for this scholarship in Turkey.
    • For master’s programs conducted in English and all Ph.D. programs (offered in both English and Turkish), proof of English language proficiency is mandatory.
    • If applicants do not possess a valid English language qualification that meets EMU’s requirements, their English proficiency level will be assessed through an examination conducted by EMU.
    • Those applying for a PhD program, must have a Master’s degree.
    • Eligible candidates for the EMU scholarships Turkey must possess a minimum Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or its equivalent.
    • Moreover, departments will rank applicants based on their assessment criteria, which includes factors beyond CGPA.
    • International students can apply for 100% and 50% scholarships for PhD programs and 50% scholarship in Master’s programs.
    • Similarly, Turkish citizens can apply for both 100% and 50% scholarships for Master’s and PhD programs.
    • Students registered as special or visiting students are not eligible for the EMU Scholarship in Turkey.
