This international fellowship in the USA provides funding to graduate students studying at the University of Hawai’i or plans to study at Manoa from Asia, the Pacific, and the United States. Fellows will participate in educational, cultural, residential community building, and leadership development programs. Moreover, they will also build up their leadership and communication skills.
