A four-month leadership program in the United States is organized by the IREX (International Research & Exchanges Board), an international non-profit organization that specializes in development and global education. The fellows join the Community Leadership Institute after completing this fully supported program in the United States. The United States Community Solutions Program is built on measures that can assist communities in becoming more self-sufficient.
