Atlantic Dialogue Emerging Leaders Program

The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program will be held in Morocco for 2022. It is a fully-funded leadership program where new and emerging leaders can participate in sharing a solution extracting discussion on international issues. Furthermore, there will also be a fully funded conference as a part of this program.

Policy Centre of New South is hosting this leadership program to motivate new talent by providing leadership training. Since its foundation, the PCNS has gathered researchers, publishers and their work worldwide.

The Atlantic Programs gives you a chance to gain more knowledge about the influence of ideas of others and how to achieve their goals from them. The ADEL program aims to bring positive changes in their communities and international levels by inspiring and empowering the youth.

The annual training program involves discussions, group conversations and idea-sharing with opinion makers. The program will be held two days before the conference. The aim is also to provide personal and professional growth. This is an opportunity to learn from reputable leaders. Throughout the program and conference, it is expected that there will be collective wisdom and creativity in ideas to help the communities in today’s business world.

About PCNS

The PCNS is a Moroccan think-tank that focuses on participating in bringing new ideas leading towards change in social and economic conditions. Since 2012, the Atlantic Conference has been held annually. It has emerged as a foundation and involved influential public and private sector leaders. PCNS has contributed to solving regional and cross-regional issues. This year’s program is a unique step in providing a networking opportunity for future leaders.

    Eligibility Criteria :

    Here are the eligibility criteria to apply for the Atlantic Dialogue Emerging Leaders Program:

    • Participants must be between the ages of twenty-five to thirty-five.
    • Citizens of Africa, North America, South America, Central America, Europe, or the Caribbean are eligible to apply.
    • Citizens of countries that border the Atlantic Basin might receive priority.
    • Participants residing in the eligible countries at the time of application but are not nationals of eligible countries can also apply.
    • Must be proficient in the English language.
    • Personal statements and short videos must be in the English language.
    • Participants must ensure their availability for the entire program duration, which means six days.

    Application Process:

    • The application process is online.
    • Participants must record a one-minute YouTube video and send it to the given link.
    • YouTube recording must cover the following areas:
    • Your introduction.
    • What drives you in the work you do?
    • Your impact on your organization, community etc.
    • Set the YouTube video visibility to recipients of the link only.
    • Video and the personal statement must be in English.
    • A personal statement must not be of more than 250 words.
    • The participant’s CV/resume must not be more than two pages and in PDF.
