The Aspire Institute was founded at the University of Harvard and initiated the Aspire Program for future leaders. The Harvard faculty has curated this multidisciplinary and extensive curriculum. Finalists will connect with a hard-working, diverse, and talented group of future leaders spanning continents and intellectual curiosities. This international training program was previously called the Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program, founded at Harvard University in 2017 by Harvard Business School professors. But now, in 2021, it has spun out of Harvard University and become Aspire Institute as an independent institute. This leadership program is for students from backgrounds of social and financial adversity. Through this global and scholarly community, participants interact with an international community as they struggle with questions of identity, ethics, technology, and structural change.
The international program aspires to transform the lives of underdeveloped youth globally and empowers them to build a dissimilarity in their communities. The young leaders can use this fully funded international scholarship opportunity to constitute their culture among peers worldwide while obtaining access to life-changing networks, funds, and educational opportunities. Aspire Institute’s leadership development training program will support your leadership journey. The Aspire alumni network consists of a diverse group from different countries. Membership in this group provides access to various association networks.
Aspiring students will engage in shared and cross-cutting leadership development experiences. Students will have access to self-assessment tools, different Harvard University course materials, and live seminars with excellent educators. This Aspiring Leaders Program will allow for exploring and building cooperation across various service areas. The fully-funded training program has been designed to be innovative, new, and forward-thinking. It will question you to think about what high impact and concerted leadership mean for you and what it takes to make decisions and engage effectively. Working with other leaders from across the World, you can stretch and challenge how you view and perform in your leadership role. The opportunity is to explore creative thinking tools and implement this learning. The final deadline to submit applications for the 2nd cohort of the fully funded leadership camp is March 21, 2024.
