Eligibility Criteria for AFDB Young Professionals Program 2025-26:
- Applicants must be citizens of one of the African Development Bank’s member countries.
- They must be 32 years old or younger by 30 November 2025.
- Hold a master’s degree (or equivalent) in a field relevant to the Bank’s operations, with strong academic performance.
- Moreover, all applicants should have a minimum of three years of postgraduate work experience, preferably in areas that align with the Bank’s Ten-Year Strategy.
- They should also have experience working in the African continent or other developing regions.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for Africa’s development.
