As a Service Desk intern, the main function would be to classify, prioritize and quickly connect clients with the best available resource to solve their problems.

 

Adobe will offer selected inmates the option to complete an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification exam, as well as access learning materials.

    Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to be eligiable for the Adobe Internship 2019 :

    • It must be in part through his degree
    • Have a passion for using technology to solve complex business problems.
    • Experience in the use of Adobe products.
    • Have hands-on experience with JavaScript
    • Experience in working on technical projects.
    • You can offer an exceptional customer experience

    Job/Internship Description :

    • Be part of a global enterprise-level service team.
    • Select and resolve incidents and service requests from various channels, such as telephone, chat or web portal.
    • Prioritize the customer’s urgency and prioritize problems.
    • Search and reuse information obtained from Adobe internal information repositories
    • Record all incidents and requests in your case management system.
    • Accurately document all customer interactions in a case management system
    • Create positive experiences through clear and effective communications, sense of urgency and respect for the time and effort of our customers.
    • Review processes and workflows and implement significant improvements.
    • Solution of articles and author procedures.
    • The duration of the internship is 12 months as of September 2019. The selected candidates will be subject to a standard background check. Selected inmates will be provided with a comprehensive training program that covers the technical and cultural aspects of Adobe.
