Applications are open for the 2021 Adobe Employee Experience Internship in Sydney, Australia. Adobe is hiring interns to join the team in 2021! The Employee Experience (EX) team is looking to hire a college student who is passionate about creating engaging and exceptional experiences that drive the success of our employees.

You will join the EX APAC and Japan (APJ) team and complete two months onboarding in our Employee Resource Center, followed by a 4-month rotation in Talent Development. There will be the opportunity to participate in all functions within EX and at the same time collaborate with the company.

    Eligibility Criteria :

    here are some eligibility criteria for the program.

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
    • You must have at least one quarter or semester remaining after the completion of the internship.
    • Able to work a minimum of 4 days a week for six months.
    • Prefers specialization in Human Resources, Business or Communications.
    • Excellent professional communication skills.
    • You must be highly motivated, focused on details, proactive, and organized.
    • Ability to work both individually and in a team; and interact well with colleagues and business partners.

    Job/Internship Description :

    Here are some of the responsibility of the talent intern in  Adobe Employee Experience Internship

    • As a talent intern, you will work for the utilization of strategic initiatives across the company that has a real impact on advancing Adobe’s talent capabilities in our diverse region.
    • Additionally, you will work as part of a regional Employee Experience team and a Talent Development team to create and deliver high-quality, high-impact work.
    • Basically, the key areas that it will support may include; the company-wide talent and development initiatives being delivered in our region; the Professional Growth program, which focuses on the audience of Individual Collaborators of the learning flow and development of our Diversity and Inclusion program.
    • The management of the Learning Management System and other data to support the Talent Development Operations of the APJ.
